What do I need get my FREE Bodee Scan?

You must show your employee identification (EID) when you arrive for your bodee scan.  You will not be able to get  a bodee scan without your EID (no exception).  Appointments are highly suggested  but walk-ins will be serviced (if time slot is available ).
