Sessions are designed considering goals, your ability level, your understanding of exercise fundamentals, and your realistic level of commitment.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

(SGT) is a happy medium for those who want personalized training at the cost of group training. Sessions are re-developed every 6-8 weeks.

LARGE GROUP TRAINING

(LGT) is a great way for groups to get a variety of classes led by a group fitness instructor. These LGT sessions are re-developed every 6-8 weeks.

ONCE A WEEK NUTRITION COACHING SESSION

Where you discuss topics like over-coming over-eating, complete plant based diet, nutrition for anti-aging, and disease prevention.

DAILY EMAIL SUPPORT

Where clients can combine nutrition coaching with daily emails which entails sending nutritionist your daily food journals via email and receiving feedback, support, guidance, answers to your questions, and when appropriate, "homework assignments".
